Cost-effective and
reliable, the MX series of sprue pickers from Sepro America
provide 100% runner and part separation for your molding
operation. They require no floor space and will never
back-up causing overflow like conventional
conveyor/separators. Simple to set-up and easy to
operate with the handheld pendant, you’ll maintain the
fastest possible molding cycles and be instantly alarmed
if a sprue is not verified by the MX Picker’s sensing
circuit. The MX mounts easily to the stationary platen
and requires only compressed air, single-phase power
plus an SPI interface connection (preferred) to your
press for instant payback and trouble-free operation.
