Generation IV robots with Progress controls. These
models are designed for presses up to 750 tons.
Available in a variety of strokes and payloads, these
robots provide instant payback and trouble-free
operation.
The Progress control is
icon driven with an LCD display screen and includes
freely programmable templates the enable you to make
quick and simple choices of robot movements.

Exclusive mechanical
improvements along with the Progress control package
provides longer stroke length and improved speed over
older models.
The frame design allows
for a long demolding stroke as well as high acceleration
of the vertical arm. Vertical stroke available up to
1750 mm.
Electric and pneumatic
connections mounted on the vertical arm make access easy
for maintenance and quick production changes.
These robots feature
unique Y-free operation that allows for the programmable
release of the strip axis motor. This provides free
movement of the robot arm and allows for load free
ejector tracking.

Our patented SLS bearing guiding system offers
virtually maintenance-free performance. Factory
pre-loaded, pre-stressed bearings equipped with

up to 99 programs
The Progress robot uses an Embedded Program Source
(EPS) system to allow robot cycles to be created
from previously written source programs stored in
memory. These source programs are freely
programmable templates developed by Sepro America or the
customer prior to setup. The Progress control also
supports direct programming. Up to 99 different
applications can be memorized and stored for instant
recall.
