the Sepro America line of automation products: the Sepro
Generation IV robots. These 3-axis, servo models are
designed for presses up to 5000 tons. Available in a
combination of choice of strokes and payloads, these

The new VISUAL touch
screen controller is freely programmable, with simple,
interactive screens. The simple pick and place
programming feature allows you to write a program in
just minutes!

Exclusive mechanical
improvements along with the new VISUAL control package
provides longer stroke length and improved speed over
older models.
The frame design allows
for a long demolding stroke as well as high acceleration
of the vertical arm. Vertical strokes range from 900 to
3600 mm.
Electric and pneumatic
connections mounted on the vertical arm make access easy
for maintenance and quick production changes.
The user-friendly
hand-held VISUAL control drives the robot with
progressive touch screen and graphic screen technology.
Simple, interactive screens help you choose your
sequence.

These robots feature unique Y-free operation that
allows for the programmable release of the strip
axis motor. This provides free movement of the robot
arm and allows for load free ejector tracking.
Individual speed drivers allow for simultaneous
motion on all three axes as standard.

Our patented SLS bearing guiding system offers
virtually maintenance-free performance. Factory
pre-loaded, pre-stressed bearings equipped with
automatic lubrication as standard ensure long life

three sequence-building options which include simple
pick-and-place, custom templates, and direct
