Quality materials and workmanship go into every CTS saw. Designed to operate with low maintenance in most production situations, each saw features heavy-duty, steel-welded construction. All components have been plated, painted or built to resist corrosion. An Arbor motor eliminates all belts in the drive train reducing maintenance and allows for higher blade surface speed which gives you faster cycle times. 

Carbide tipped blades that have a greater number of teeth to resist product melt are standard. Custom blade styles are available. 

All units have a full 24-inch table travel. 

You can order the optional cut-length programmer and dust collection system to reduce initial setup and maintenance time. Choose the optional high speed servo table travel for extreme cut-to-length repeatability.

• Multi-position clamps, guides 
  Rubber clamping pads have quick-change pins for easy and fast adjustment to match a variety of extrusion shapes. Adjustable front and rear guides to feed product. 
• Servo option 
  Optional positional servo table travel eliminates costly secondary operations, offers extreme cut-to-length repeatability and eliminates pneumatic adjustments for table travel. 
• Easy-to-use controls 
  Start and stop the saw, adjust blade travel, cutting speed and clamping pressure from front-mounted controls.  
• Easy to service 
  The new design has access doors on both ends of the saw, a Nema-12 electrical enclosure with rotary lockable disconnect, and a standard blade shroud for ease of vacuum dust/chip removal.  
• Automatic cutting cycle 
  Once you set the clamp pressure, cutting speed and blade travel, the saw cycles automatically. Add the optional cut length programmer to automatically cut to a pre-set length.
