A compact MicroLogix 1500
PLC allows the B32 to readily accept system options and
may be easily upgraded in the field. The ample enclosure
allows installers plenty of elbow room for connections
and changes.
A 3.2 inch, Allen Bradley
PanelView Micro 300 operator interface is supplemented
with a graphic overlay that clearly outlines all typical
operator functions, with no need to refer to the manual.
Set-up and system configuration changes can be made
quick and easy. A larger, 5.5 inch PanelView 550 is also
available. Virgin loading with time-fill operation are
provided as standard.
Volume fill operation
(fill sensor) may be readily added as an option.
Additional outputs may be added for ratio loading,
material line purging or air operated discharge valve
operation. These options can be selected on a 'mix and
match', per-loader basis.
